What actually shapes our daily food choices and consumption habits in urban areas? Is it purely a personal choice, or is it heavily influenced by the food environment around us?

The Photovoice Exhibition Lensa Pangan: Memotret Realita Lingkungan Pangan Sehat showcases the works of four photographers and four videographers who observed and documented the food environments around them, capturing what is available, affordable, and promoted.

This exhibition is the result of the Lensa Pangan Sehat workshop, initiated by the Center for Indonesia’s Strategic Development Initiatives (CISDI) and facilitated by PannaFoto Institute. Through the participants’ lenses, we are invited to see how these environmental conditions actively shape the consumption habits of urban communities.
