‘Potret Mama’ (Stories from the East) is a documentary series that brings these perspectives to the forefront, tracing stories from Inanwatan, Neniari Gunung, Sarmi, and Tehoru. Through their voices, the project invites us to look beyond the idea of progress and ask what development truly means for the communities experiencing it firsthand.
