We welcome anyone who wants to take part as a volunteer. Simply send an email containing your bio and your reasons to get involved in the festival to program@jipfest.com.

Are there programs that are free for public?
Photo Exhibition, Photo Book Exhibition, Photo Fair, Projection Night, and Fringe are free for public. For more info on location and schedule of each program, click here.
Are journalists and bloggers entitled to enter all programs?
We welcome any journalists and bloggers who want to cover the festival and interview our guests. Please contact press@jipfest.com to get festival ID card.
Can I take photos at the festival?
Yes, but we kindly request that photos and/or videos taken are for noncommercial purposes. Should you choose to post your photos on social media platforms, feel free to tag us at @jipfest. Please remember, no picture policy applies to several areas. Our friendly volunteers will be there to remind you.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets for our free programs must be reserved online, including for walk-in guests. There will be no ticket booth onsite. Click here to book your ticket.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets sold are not refundable.
I've booked my ticket, but why have I not received the QR code?
For every booking, you will receive two auto-emails: a booking confirmation and a PDF ticket containing a QR code. If the QR code has not been received, simply show your booking confirmation to our registration staff.
