SUHARTINA SINDUKUSUMO
Festival Director

Tina joined JIPFest from the first edition, managing the festival’s program from Urban Photo Tour, Indonesia Photo Fair, Photo Book Exhibition, until opening and closing ceremonies – they were on her menu. But apart from that, she is a full time Australian-government initiative volunteers program (AusVols)’s recruiter, a mother of three boys, and a writer at heart with a decade of experience in the media industry.

IRENE BARLIAN
Program Director

Irene is an independent documentary photographer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Her work focuses on social, environmental, cultural, and women’s stories. She is a National Geographic Explorer and has been recognized with awards like the Objectifs Documentary Award. Her works have been exhibited internationally and contributed to publications worldwide.

DIMAS SUGIH CAHAYA
Creative Director

Dimas is a photographer from Jakarta who specializes in celluloid film. His work explores identity, community, and the beauty of everyday life. He has contributed to international exhibitions and is the Creative Director of JIPFest, the founder of Bersoreria, and an educator at Kelas Pagi Indonesia.

ARIO WICAKSONO
Head of Communication

Ario is a creative marketer and strategist with over 10 years of experience. He has managed over 100 hours of work as an executive producer, in business development, and as a marketing strategist. He is highly capable of collaborating with various partners and stakeholders.

RAHMASARI IKA SAVITRI
Program Officer

Kei is a creative enthusiast who finds joy in simple experiences like being outdoors and capturing moments through photography. An Aquarius, she is described as energetic and enthusiastic, and she is also passionate about cultural events, which she finds grounding.

VICKRAM SOMBU
Program Officer

Vickram is a freelance photographer and filmmaker from Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. He joined the Komunitas Film Kupang (KFK) in 2019 to document social and cultural issues. His work has been featured in international festivals, and he is a Panna Future Talents 2024 alumnus who was also selected for the Climate Storytelling workshop in Oxford, England.

ZACHARYA GRISELDA
Social Media Manager

Mahi is a Jakarta-based visual artist who uses portrait, conceptual, and fictional photography to explore personal anxieties and memories, which she connects to broader societal issues. She has exhibited internationally and was an artist-in-residence at Ruang MES 56, with her work featured at the Jogja Fotografis Festival. She has also published several photo zines.

AGHNIADI
Web Content Manager

Adi works as a communications coordinator for a non-profit organization. With a background in business and marketing, he has experience in both media and NGOs, producing stories across various mediums. He is also actively involved in human rights campaigns.

SALMA NURUL FITRIA
Visitation Manager

Salma is a creative enthusiast with experience in event coordination, content creation, and photography. She has worked on numerous projects, valuing teamwork and enjoying problem-solving. She is motivated by the small but meaningful impact her work can bring to a project.

MARGARETHA ROSITA
Communication Officer

Rosi is a marketing enthusiast and the Communication Officer at JIPFest 2025. She is passionate about telling stories through photography and writing, with a focus on human interest and nature. She hopes to provide a meaningful experience for visitors at JIPFest 2025.

DELA NADIA
Exhibition Manager & Curatorial

Dela is a visual artist who is currently learning social media management and photo therapy. Her past experiences include working as a photographer for YCAB Foundation and Venue Magazine, and Program Director at Galeri Foto Paramata.
